I believe he plays the second blackout because of desires and also if you draw one it's never a brick
Second blackout is necessary, more than protos which sounds really wrong. Second blackout is never a brick as random person said, now with longyuang being at 3 finally you don't fear imperm on moye that much since you can just summon long and then banish the second blackout, this is if you opened 1, and you get to the same board, less follow up but it's the same

Is there any meta revelant card in the next patch? If there's only Resonator, I don't think it would sell well compare to Snake-Eyes.
So snake-eyes is played almost 2 times more than last week but only went up by 2 points in the tier list?
Why would anybody play Fucho over Nightengale? I'm at a loss with that one. I'd get it if Nightengale was a UR and you didn't want to spend the UR CP, but it's just an SR. If you're playing Nightengale, you actually have the same option as Purrely decks did when you're stuck without another play to just make sure you get another turn.
Fucho is essentially the same as nightingale....it makes you survive another turn. I think the main difference between fucho and nightingale is that nightingale can be negated with targeted negate if the nightingale player is trigger happy or got hit with droplet while fucho is unnafected by other card effect and cant be destroyed by battle for 1 turn
Right, but Nightengale is just superior in general. Decks do have ways to out the cards, but you're guaranteed at least with Nightengale to get another turn if they don't have the negate to use in the draw phase.
What are you rambling about man, fucho and nightingale effect is essentially the same if you want to survive another turn... Fucho is unnafected by anything other than its own effect, cant be destroyed by battle and you take no battle damage involving fucho... Nightingale cant be destroyed by battle and card effect, you also take no battle damage....now tell me what is the difference between those two cards if your objective are to survive another turn....if your objective are to make a big fat zeus then i agree with you.....but you clearly said "but you're guaranteed at least with nightingale to get another turn"...... Maybe you should read fucho man....you clearly dont understand what fucho does
Except for any deck that plays a Kaiju for example, which there are plenty of. Nightengale prevents battle damage from occurring as soon as the effect happens no matter what you do. Fucho is only a body in the way, and if the deck has a way to get around it then you're screwed.
The only thing Fucho is better for is if the opponent has an Imperm in hand and would use it on the Nightengale. For every other situation, Nightengale is superior. Just because you can't destroy Fucho and it's unaffected doesn't mean that you can't get around it.
Just like Dkayed said, everyone had their own opinion of what is Tier 0 is, I did agree. IMO, compared to Tear, Snake-eyes is not even close for being Tier 0.
Snake eyes as an engine is actually tier 0 look at the ocg meta game both fire kings and snake eye make almost more than 60% of topping decklists so it is actually a tier 0 format , in Md it’s not yet tier 0 cause we don’t have fire kings , r-ace etc
