Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Utopia deck made for Dice Rally.

Going second, the main gameplan is to "Feel the Flow" by having 2 level 4s for the Utopia Double OTK, assuming the opponent is nice enough to leave a simplified board state for the OTK to happen, as in...

  • 2 level 4s equals OTK vs a monster that has 2k or less attack that's in attack position.

While going first, the idea is to "High Five the Sky" and set a board that under ideal circumstances should have at least Utopia Dragonar summoning Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray (turn 1) equipped with Twin Pegasus Saber for that sweet double monster negate and Hope Harbinger (turn 2) to deal with most common spells or Utopia Beyond to mass debuff the opponents' monsters in niche circumstances. Other endboard pieces include Xyz Armor Fortress ready to become Dark Knight Lancer thanks to Full-Armored Xyz for a delicious "monster meal" and Utopic Draco Future ready to take an opponent's monster from the other side. Another card to take into account is Numbers Protection which is able to negate almost anything an opponent may throw at you (other than a stray Red Reboot, a Super Poly or a Forbidden Droplet pitching traps).

For this event, the "spicy tech" is Xyz Align, which can use a monster's "freebie" (colloquial term for a monster the game gives you for some of the event's duels) plus a Warrior type so I can summon Utopia Beyond during the opponent's turn, with Utopia Double being a backup plan in case I only have level 4 monsters. Other techs are Gagaga Magician which can mod his own level and then Onomatopickup can mod other monsters' levels, including a potential "freebie" should that "freebie" not be a level 4, 6 or 8.

As for the bonus objectives, I chose Utopia because the deck can fulfill most or all the objectives in a duel relying mostly on the main cards and engine:

  • Summon a rank 7+ monster: Dragonar, Hope Harbinger and Lancer

  • Summon a Water monster: Fortress and Lancer

  • Play a Field Spell: Onomatopia, which can be searchable by Onomatopickup should I already have Onomatopaira in hand.
