Notes & Combos

Never watched Arc-V but Rin has good taste.

Mostly just wanted to play Lava Golem since a lot of the standard blind second spells are gone. And Windwitch has been my go-to for a normal summon-less archetype in these lower power formats.

---

Since this archetype is rarely played, as a reminder the bread and butter combo is: get to Ice Bell (purple hat UR 3☆) in hand somehow → Ice Bell on my empty board and fetch Glass Bell (blue hat 4☆) → chain block Glass Bell search for Snow Bell (the 1☆ bell thing) → Snow Bell special itself → Synchro 7 (usually Wind Pegasus @Ignister for me) → Synchro 8 (almost always Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon for me). Crystal Wing can beat over most things in battle, and Snow Bell makes it immune to card destruction, so it's a decent towers.

Freeze Bell (3☆ cyan hat) is an ok extender that can help if you don't draw into Ice Bell or potentially enable a second synchro play when paired with a normal summoned tuner. Blizzard Bell is mostly just a pointless brick, but I need more Wynn fodder and it can come up. The spell (Windwitch Chime)'s lock conflicts with Lava Golem/Santa Claws, but it is what it is.

I'm not running Raigeki/Dark Hole as breakers since I mostly ran into the Exodia Incarnate loaner. Likewise for no Imperm. I'm running Twin Twisters because a decent chunk of the decks I faced outside loaners were running backrow like Altergeist. With a bit more spell/trap hate, running Chicken Game might have been correct too.

Oh also, don't be a dumdum like me and forget that the Volcanic loaner has a Volcanic Queen that's searchable off Trooper.
