Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

WF/SE Azamina FS is running rampant on the ladder and as someone that doesn't like playing or facing that deck, it has not been fun having 8/10 duels be that.

Well, it hadn't been fun until I started using Sky Striker Tenpai to climb.

This deck can break practically any board a deck in this meta can make. Of course not always as sometimes you just don't draw the right combo of cards, but it has a lot better success than hoping you draw the right combo of hand traps to stop a turn.

Deck Details

  • This list focuses on drawing as much as possible, so Droll can absolutely murder you if your hand is bad and you don't have CBTG.
  • No hand traps as they will only make your hand worse. Yes, even Maxx C.
  • You want them to waste as many resources building their board as most of your cards depend on using spells to clear their board and hopefully draw into Tenpai engine.
  • Save your Tenpai engine for the absolute last moment as you hopefully baited out any hand traps and got rid of their entire board at that point.
  • I had no issue with bricking 99% of the time and most duels were lost because I couldn't out their board with the non-engine rather than not having a Tenpai combo starter.
  • The SE variant of Azamina FS is a lot easier to break than the WF variant. So whenever they would send SnAsh with Beatrice instead of Astellar, I was a lot more confident I was winning the duel.
  • I went 11-1 to finish my climb from M3 to M1. This is definitely the most fun way to play Tenpai imo too since you gamble on your draws the same way that you gamble on your mills with Tear.
