Notes & Combos
A new season, a new moon, and a new M1 grind Normal-ing A 2 and specialing Blue.
The same Tri-Spright core in the main and the extra with the latest addition of Number 2: Ninja Shadow Mosquito. Now hear me out. This is the greatest card ever made for Spright.
Notably in the main deck, compared to last season I made the following changes for staples:
- -3 Bystials: Tear is gone, it is not worth your 3 slots.
- -2 TTT: The deck I faced the most climbing was Purrely and the card doesn't do anything against them.
- +5 Gamma Package: this was recommended by 7shadowmaster on discord (Thank you), with everyone shotgun-ing Maxx C in Draw to avoid Kash this guy helped quite a bit, and it also help in reducing the lose of 1 Jet.
- +1 Crossout: Bug spray.
- +2 Kaijus: Noir was the biggest wall and this is an easy out. Imperm can be used here instead as they aren't the most resilient, in fact it may be the better option for it's felxability... but ever since Mosquito released and I wanted to OTK with him more and Kaijus have Big Numby.
I did run Droplet and TTT up until M3, and I prefer it over this, it's just useless against Purrely and It's better to run staples that covers the entire meta which these do imo.
Replays
I would love to share replays but this was a coin flip dominat grind, unless you got hit with fun stuff (Maxx c, DRNM, 2 lava golem,etc..), you are 99% winning going 1st, and Purrely aren't really a "interactive" deck I would say, they are fun trying to push through a board but going 2nd against them after full combo... you can't do a lot vs Towers with 3 spins and like 3 hand traps.
I really miss the last format.
