Hello everyone 👋👋👋, I've been grinding a alot lately trying different builds and after a lot of testing I've came up with a new type of list with new combos that let me abuse a double normal summon strategy and i finally made it to M1 🔥❤️.

I know this isn't your typical dm list and I'm sorry for those who want it to be , every meta is getting worse and worse for us dm players due to the powecreep the game is having so we have to adapt new ways to make our favorite decks work.

The new strategy aim to abuse the fiendsmith engine that offers bards for souls to send for draws , follow up , interruptions and giving us a way to normal summon twice which allows us to search with barel and rod at the same turn or normal summon barel twice if needed since it's not once per turn

I'm still running the anaconda dragoon package and i don't think ut will be a list where we don't have it , it's just too powerful as a backup or a main plan going first and especially second.

Magician combinations is a very sleeper pick in the primite lists , and especially in this deck , with the ability of normal summoning twice it makes this card very powerful with the combination of the primite engine giving us an extra omni negate , after testing with the other cards i just decided to stick with this one since it didn't have some of the downside other cards did , esoul needs circle to be able to get the full value of it and the destruction effect doesn't help either, jt also requires salvation which some times can be bricky even tho i loved to abuse it for generating bodies for link material, the bonds package was also good but it did have the same bricky aspect to it and i couldn't afford that, secrets was a weird card for me cuz on paper it sounded good but i couldn't really find a way to get good value of the card , making dragoon is obviously a good thing to do but you'll be sacrificing 3 cards to make it and an extra card for the negate as well which i couldn't really afford especially when I'm using the bodies for the fiendsmith combos and opening the card is also bricky sometimes, combination does have the same bricky issue but it enable the circle banish similar to esoul and it's an omni negate which is also really nice , the secondary effect is also an effect that see some usage when you send it with souls or your opponent tries to destroy it, unfortunately all these cards are just outdated so test for yourself and play the one that you're most comfortable with.

Primite is a great control engine for DM and the Bystial package complements nicely this playstyle.

Originally tested with Mausoleum and DMG for better Servant value but they were too bricky to justify.

1 DM for the same reason although sometimes I felt uncomfortable with it and if Bystials are rampant I'd recommend 2.

Secrets is the best DM engine card in this variant hence at 2 and it's what Servant should almost always be searching paired with Primite to set up Drillbeam into Dragoon. The quick play is also relevant for some outplay potential covering your searchers like Beryl from handtraps.

Most of the Extra Deck slots are pretty flexible, never went into the Accesscode line.

Hit a 9 Game win streak with this deck and it was a lot of fun! Some of it was done on stream in between the GoG tournament so you can see some of the duels on my twitch channel which I'll link below.

The Youtube video has me explaining a lot of reasoning behind the choices in the deck and gameplay breakdown so check that out. I've considered playing the Toy box engine over the Azamina 9 card package, but it'll probably be worse. I'll try it and let you guys know in a future video.

Hello everyone 👋👋, I'm back with another M5 list , this time featuring the newly added primite engine.\nAs expected the engine is really good in dm , it gives the deck a good way of control and it makes the vanilla monsters less bricky , it also makes the deck less reliant on anaconda.\nI'm still using toy box , i tried just pure dm with primite and it wasn't as powerful as i thought, unfortunately the dm side of the deck always feels lacking since it requires a lot of cards to make an okay board, and almost every single part of the dm spells/traps is just unsearchable since primite takes our normal summon, on top of all that our cards just can't keep up with the meta since non of them recycle itself nor do something on their own which is why they feel like bricks .\nThat's why i found out that toy box is still amazing at fixing those issues while giving us free bodies and search cartesia that alow as to use to do cool stuff with dragoon and drillbeam, I'm also using 2 drillbeam cuz the games are kinda grindy and because we don't make dragoon with anaconda that often i do need that second omni-negate on my second turn to cleen up more of my opponent cards.\nI'm also running roar as a target for when get access to my primite engine after i go for dragoon.

This engine has so much potential to make dm an insane control deck if we can get some new support that makes are cards easily accessible, and with the new primite support coming out in ocg it makes the triangle better, all we need is more access to the pieces.\nThat's pretty much it for this version, I'll be pushing to M1 so the deck might change a bit , untill then take Care everyone 👋 ❤️

Hello Dm enjoyers 👋👋\nanother season with another master 5 dark magician deck list , basically the same list from last season but without floodgates this time \nI'm also playing magicalized fusion and super poly again. \nthe grind was easy this time since I'm playing a lot on hand traps alongside super poly and Bystils \na lot of people asked me before what's your gole with the deck and it's basically just a make dragoon and draw a ton of cards with your dm engine which gives you a ton of follow up every turn , seeing toy box and souls is almost always a guaranteed win , if not just make dragoon and stall for a turn and unless you bricked tou should always be able to out resource your opponent \ni don't play floodgates anymore cuz tenpai isn't around anymore and blue eyes doesn't care about them that much either so i got back to super poly .\nThe second dragoon came up once or twice so feel free to cut if you want.\n anyway i hope you like the deck list \nand if you do check out some replays in game .\nSee y'all 👋

Hello everyone Dm enjoyer 👋👋\nanother season with another master 1 dark magician deck list \nafter failing with the azamina cards i decided to go back to my old list with some adjustments.\nthis meta was definitely one of the worst ones , you either play against the best deck in the game or play against every floodgate in the game .\nI've been facing a ton of anti GV decks mainly stunn decks and kash which hard counters dm , but i managed to reach m1 .\nsurprisingly tenpai is still one of the most used decks and that's one kf the reasons that made me play floodgates Alongside everyone playing maxxc and fuwlalus, this deck draw a ton of cards and that's was one of the main keys of seeing my floodgates while having dragoon for protection.\nthe deck has an insane grind game as well with Bystils recycling themselvesand recycling the dm cards every turn alongside the toy cards gives an insane grind game against the top tier meta decks .I don't play super poly anymore cuz the meta decks right now ends on different attribute boss monsters being apolo and the new fiendsmith boss monster and i:p and it really feels better to play more hand trps instead ( preferably hand traps that have the potential to end the turn like maxxc,droll and nib) and usually stunn decks don't care about super poly either. I also don't like sitting there watching my opponent combo for 30 minutes so there is that as well 😂😂.\nAnyway i hope you like the deck list \nand if you do check out some replays in game .\nSee y'all 👋

This was almost easy...until it wasn't. We got to within 1 win away twice before we fell hard. 60 cards was needed to play handtraps and board breakers, as well as maintain the DM cards that were a lot more helpful than I antipated. With that said, they are still outdated and bad...but hey that's why we love DM!

Hello everyone 👋\nI'm back again with a master 5 dark magician deck list.\nAnd this time using the new broken cards that got introduced to the game \nthe azamina engine is a really good engine that dm can play along side toy box , it has great synergy with both toy box a some of the dm cards cuz of the drawing power that allows cards like souls servant and rod to function. diabellstar was always a great addition to the toy dm toy box deck but it was always missing something, and it's now complete with the azamina crds .\ni have a very small wf engine there cuz it's in my opinion the best way to link all the engines together \nit also give me the ability of consistently summon the dark magicians alongside dragoon.\nI'm sorry to those who like playing pure dm , it's really hard to make pure work these days especially that every deck is getting insane engines and support while we already struggled against them without it \nso until we get some love from konami this will be the new way of playing dm \ntake care everyone see y'all in the M1 deck profile 👋👋👋

Hello everyone 👋, I'm back again and we finally did it , master 1 again using Dark magician toy box and this time no village.\nUnfortunately konami decided to ban village after discovering the new 1 village dragoon combo , it's okay tho we managed to hit m1 again without the combo.\nIt honestly didn't take me a lot I played master duel ladder for 2 to 3 days and ranked up from diamond 5 to master 5.\nJust to be clear i used 3 maxxc instead of 2 but the website now is working with the new banlist so i pul 2 maxxc and 1 fuwalos.\nWell that's pretty much it , I'll be Sharing the games on YouTube so make sure to go there for some game play or just follow me in game you'll find a ton of games there as well .\nTake care everyone 👋 👋
