Notes & Combos

I hate Tenpai. I hate Tenpai so much.

Can you play Sinful Spoils like Branded? Yes... kind of.

The goal of this list was to use as much Engine as possible as the playmakers. Unfortunatly for the Snakes, they really don't have an end boss in-archtype. So I focused on the Azamina and White Forest parts instead. Fortunatly, because Snakes have been hit on the banlist, the actual core is small. For the extra, Amblo was the chosen endboard piece because Raging Phoenix really wants Zelantis, a card I didn't have room for. Hiita helps out the Promethian lock. Doomed Dragon rarely came up.

As for the Azamina part, Sol really wants Debtors or Determination; cards I wasn't playing. As for the rest, Saint Azamina's floodgate has saved me on more than a few occassions, and Moa Regina helps clean up boards and also revives an Illusion if you so desire.

For the White Forest part, Baron and Chaos Angel are too good to ignore, though I wish I had a few more level 8 monsters. They're coming. Otherwise Silveria's Book of Eclipse effect is as good as ever.

Woes I have mixed feelings on. On one hand, it can save you if you get handtrapped to oblivion, but in most other scenarios, it just doesn't really do much other than be a send target. Morrian is great. Searchable Book of Moon that hilariously also triggers Moa Regina's pop on command.

For changes I'm considering, Doom Dragon is by far the most cuttable card here. I might replace it and Woes with Guardian Chimera and Sinful Spoils of the White Forest.

Overall, I like the deck. It's definitly not the best build, but it's mine.

Now if only they could put Tenpai out to pasture so I don't have to play against it every three games...
