Ah okay. I’ve never really played the pure version, and I’ve never played the zoodiac version. The pure version is a lot straight forward. I played the Horus engine from Diamond 5 to 1, then deranged back to diamond 3 and kinda just got stuck there. Finally I decided to play the Kash engine instead. The Horus engine had its advantages, but I wasn’t getting the draws I needed. The advantages of Kash is that they can be summoned (if you don’t have any monsters on field) without creating a chain link, get rid of cards in the ED, field, and GY. And the most helpful part, they eat up hand traps and rarely play into maxx C. Overall really simple stuff. It’s all the typical evil eye plays but with Kash.

wich is ur end board monster usually? gorgon or zerrziel? I usually end my turn with gorgon equipped with selen so it can't be destroyed by effects or in the battle

Obviously it varies but at the bare minimum I try to end with the field spell, Serziel equipped with Selene, with both, Basiltrice and an Unleashed in the GY, and also the counter trap. And obviously any disruption I might’ve had like imperm or super poly. So it’s potentially leads to two distruction (or one disruption and one negate), a spell and trap negate. Really basic. I want to point out that it’s also not hard at all to summon DDD Machinex which can suck up two monsters on field. The downside being that summoning it plays into a nibiru and an early super poly, and potentially Maxx C. So I found myself not really summoning it during my climb.
