This deck was to show ppl that banning circular doesn't do much to the deck, you can still easily get to it. Also, raigeki, duster and lightning storm are really good against rescue ace, cuz they can't activate their traps w/o a rescue ace monster so raigeki they are pretty much done, cuz they have no spell & trap negate. duster and lightning storm just wiping out their spells & traps while going 2nd is obviously good, evenly match is just deadly
I'll be honest, it was just added by mistake xD but it is good when you have a super bricky hand or got hit by nib and somehow still extend by making I:P w token and still have parallel exceed in hand, or when your opponent has some destruction effect like promethean princess, so you make your main link monster using I:P
